A JPMorgan Chase customer reportedly lost $300,000 at a Brooklyn bank branch immediately after withdrawing the money.

The 31-year-old customer withdrew the huge sum from a banker and was robbed as he left the front door of the bank, News 12 reports.

While the bank has not released a statement about the attack, it did provide security footage from the branch showing the alleged robber, which authorities have now made public.

Police say the suspect “forcibly took” the customer’s money and drove away on a scooter.

Chase has not said whether it will reimburse the victim and the customer has made no public statements about the incident, which occurred last month.

New York Police are asking anyone with information about what happened to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.

Last year, Chase made headlines for new safety measures in New York City.

Amid a rise in crime, the banking giant said a “small number” of its New York ATMs would be disabled at 6 p.m. “due to the increasing crime and vagrancy taking place in these previously 24/7 vestibules.”
