The last chance to win a free or discounted coin for the Fableborne Primordials is fast approaching! A three-day tournament will begin soon, offering mint slots, many of them at a discounted or even free price, to the top 150 players of the weekend!

Update: The tournament has been postponed while the team waits for approval for the latest iOS build. Check them out Twitter And Disagreement channels for updates on the start of the tournament.

Interested in the opportunity to earn a discounted or free coin for the upcoming release of the Fableborne Primordials collection? If so, the tournament starting tomorrow is one of the last opportunities to do so!

Fableborn Primordials are available in limited edition. PFP style NFTs (2023 only). They also offer bonuses such as exclusive in-game cosmetics, first access to future playtests and events, auto-admission list for future mints, and a private Discord channel. Retail price will be $40.

Fableborne Tournament Information

This event starts on August 30 at 10:00 UTC and runs until September 2, 10:00 UTC. The tournament will award Primordials coin machines to the top 150 players. And in fact, all the top 100 players will also earn coin rebates this weekend. This ranges from a 25% discount for ranks 41-100, while the top 3 players earn a slot to hit a Primordials NFT for free!

Along with this new tournament will also be some game updates. In addition to some balancing changes, we also have the ability to customize island shapes, a new player progression system, daily win bonuses, and the ability to revisit attacks on your base! That last item is especially important, as it can show smart players where their defenses are lacking and make adjustments.

What is Fableborne?

Fableborne is free to play, play in your own game that is a mix of action RPG and base building. Fableborne features an isometric viewpoint and allows players to enter the arena themselves in asynchronous multiplayer battles.

In Fableborne, players search for new and larger islands, build and fortify their bases, and unlock and upgrade the echoes of slumbering heroes to plunder other players’ islands for resources. Fableborn is built as a mobile first game and aims to provide quick play sessions.

Players start the game with a base island and a common hero. But not all resources are available on the starting island, so players must loot other players’ bases and beat PvE encounters to build their own base. Echoes are playable characters, with a variety of skills and talents to choose from as you level up. But each time an Echo is defeated, they begin to fade. Enough defeats and that Echo can no longer participate in raids. However, players have the option to reset a faded Echo, bring it back to life with full energy, but remove all levels and talents. The rejuvenated Echo gains a skill boost to help them level up.

And while players can purchase NFT heroes, the Fableborne team wants to build a “fair economy” where every player has the potential to unlock and own new heroes. How this works is not yet detailed. Fableborne will feature leaderboards and regular tournaments.
