The innovative Web3 gaming superapp, GAM3S.GG, has announced that it has raised a whopping $2 million in seed funding. The platform will now use this new war chest to expand and develop its one-stop hub for discovering top titles in space.
GAM3S.GG, formally known as Polkastarter Gaming, made its mighty cash injection thanks to a launch round led by investment firm Mechanism Capital. This effort was then followed by additional support from companies such as Polygon, MarketAcross, Double Peak, Arkstream and more, while a number of prominent Web3 gaming angel investors also played key roles.
As a result of the latest windfall, GAM3S.GG can now grow and expand its already impressive platform. Use the money to effectively build an all-in-one environment for Web3 gaming, similar to the service IGN provides for the traditional market.
GAM3S.GG fills an important gap in the Web3 gaming market
Through its incredible platform, GAM3S.GG will allow players to explore and experience Web3 gaming through the implementation of a single bespoke super app. As a result of its innovation, the platform aims to provide the necessary glue that will hold the Web3 gaming industry together and help catalyze growth in the space.
Basically what this means is that fans of Web3 gaming will have a single, secure location where they can access the latest information. Using the super app, they can find news about the latest releases, data on top performing titles, game progress tracking, progression awards, player item management and of course a games launcher.

It was first launched in November 2022 as Polkastarter Gaming and now rebranded as GAM3S.GG. It has become an important hub in the Web3 gaming sector. Since then, it has accumulated over 60,000 registered gamers, who have access to over 200 games on 15 different blockchains.
