OKX and Immutable join forces in a new partnership. This collaboration will bring to life a GameFi NFT launchpad and integrate Immutable’s zkEVM chain into both OKX marketplace and wallet. Such developments are expected to transform user interactions with NFTs and digital assets within gaming.

The partnership includes a specialized GameFi launch pad within OKX’s NFT Marketplace, developed in partnership with Immutable. Furthermore, Immutable’s zkEVM will be integrated into OKX’s services, and their Web3 Wallet will become part of Immutable’s Passport identity solution. OKX’s NFT Marketplace will also join Immutable’s Orderbook and Marketplace Network.

OKX and unchanging industry growth

Discussing the partnership, Immutable’s Robbie Ferguson said: “Partnering with OKX aligns with our mission to bring digital ownership to every gamer in the world. OKX’s robust ecosystem and cutting-edge technology, combined with Immutable’s Web3 gaming expertise, will enable us to create new gaming experiences for millions of players around the world.”

OKX plans to roll out its GameFi launchpad soon, aiming to support new gaming releases on Immutable’s zkEVM. These releases include games such as Guild of Guardians, Shardbound and Metalcore. The partnership will allow games on Immutable to reach a broader audience through OKX, which also offers Cryptopedia, a comprehensive educational resource.

OKX’s Jason Lau shared: “Web3 gaming is about to go mainstream, and at OKX we’re committed to making our wallet and marketplace the best way to access these next-generation games and their assets. With more than 270 titles in development on Immutable’s zkEVM, OKX wallet users will enjoy a smooth onboarding process, gameplay and management of their in-game assets. We can’t wait to discover the new gaming experiences our collaboration will bring us.”
