Basis strengthens Mavia’s members
The rapid success of Heroes of Mavia follows the recent integration of Coinbase’s Base on February 27. Base is a secure Layer-2 solution for Ethereum, designed to reduce costs while retaining Ethereum’s essential features to power dApps and NFT platforms.
Using Base significantly reduces gas costs on the Heroes of Mavia gaming platform by 10-100x and provides secure onboarding for Mavia users with fiat on/off ramps, DEXs, and connections to Coinbase.
In a recent X-postthe team praised Coinbase’s Base as “Fast, secure and cheap” and called it “the ideal solution for supporting Mavia’s rapidly growing mobile player base.”
In the near future, the Layer-2 package will also support Mavia’s upcoming Ruby marketplace, which will act as a one-stop shop for players looking to trade in-game items such as NFTs and cryptocurrencies.
With the rapid increase in downloads and the integration of an innovative scaling solution, it’s no wonder that Heroes of Mavia continues to captivate a growing number of mobile users worldwide.
