Changelly recently partnered with cold wallet NGRAVE. As a gift for new and current NGRAVE users, Changelly and NGRAVE have created a fun questionnaire – Enter now to win the NGRAVE Combo Pack. Moreover, we have created a step-by-step guide so that you can feel comfortable while exchanging cryptocurrencies. Dive in!

NGRAVE offers a three-tiered crypto security solution. ZERO, an air gap hardware wallet, allows users to store and trade their crypto securely. GRAPHENE, a stainless steel encrypted backup solution, ensures users never lose their keys. LIQUID is a convenient mobile app that connects users to the blockchain in real-time without ever revealing their private keys. Through LIQUID, users can now exchange crypto with Changelly and sign it securely offline on ZERO.

  • Make sure your NGRAVE ZERO is running the latest firmware version.
  • Update your LIQUID to the latest version.
  • Make sure you have an account in your ZERO and sync it with LIQUID for the crypto you want to exchange. Learn more.

Start a swap in NGRAVE LIQUID

Please note the minimum and maximum exchange limits, which vary per cryptocurrency.

  1. Then check the exchange rate and network fees for your swap.

You will be given the opportunity to choose between a fixed and variable interest:

  • Fixed rate: With a fixed rate you receive exactly the amount of crypto you see on the screen. This rate is updated every 30 seconds to reflect market conditions.
  • Variable interest rate: The variable interest rate can change at any time due to market conditions, so you may receive more or less crypto than expected. This option offers lower costs.

Crane ‘Review change‘ to continue when everything is right.

  1. Then you have to do that check your transaction on your ZERO.

Scan the QR code with your ZERO and check that the amount, fee and ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields match the information on LIQUID before signing. The receiving address is Changelly’s account.

  1. By tapping ‘Next one,” you accept Changelly’s terms and conditions.
  1. After scanning and signing the transaction with ZERO, scan the QR code on ZERO with your LIQUID app to broadcast the transaction to the blockchain.

  1. Once your swap has been signed and sent to the blockchain via your LIQUID app, write down your Swap ID in case you encounter any problem and need Changelly’s support.
  1. Crane ‘Back to your wallet.’

You have now traded crypto with your NGRAVE LIQUID and ZERO. You will receive your coins directly in your wallet. It may take up to 4 hours for the transaction to be processed and confirmed. Check the ‘History’ tab to track the status of your swap transaction.
