What do we know about Illuvium’s open beta so far?
Starting April 30, Illuvium will offer up to 10,000 players the chance to enjoy Illuvium’s full gameplay experience on testnet, with the aim of refining features such as Immutable Passport integration, asset mining, Illuvidex trading, fuel purchasing, and travel mechanics.
Participants will receive Airdrop points for their participation, which can be converted into $ILV tokens.
After Private Beta 4, the Testnet Open Beta phase will begin on May 28 and will be available to everyone via the Epic Games Store. This phase is expected to last two to four weeks before the open beta goes live on Mainnet.
90% of the Play-to-Airdrop $ILV pool will be distributed over the next five months. Players will continue to earn Airdrop Points during the Private and Open Beta phases, which equate to $ILV rewards.
A series of game improvements and feature improvements are expected to take place in the coming months based on player feedback.
