Poland-based tech company Mobile Reality is launching NFT Reality Kudos, an app now available in the Slack App Directory.

The app is designed to make employee recognition more effective and memorable by allowing employees to recognize each other’s achievements in real-time using blockchain technology.

NFT Reality Kudos aims to provide a unique and safe way to recognize team members’ hard work and contributions with ‘Kudos’.

Transform employee recognition with compliments

As remote work increases, maintaining a culture of appreciation and recognition is important and NFT Reality Kudos aims to address this by integrating with Slack, the popular workplace communications platform.

NFT Reality Kudos allows team members to send and receive recognition within their existing workflow and each kudo is recorded as an NFT, ensuring the recognition is unique and secure.
