Leading Web3 gaming ecosystem partners with a globally recognized toy company known for bringing beloved gaming characters to life.
Planet Mojo, a leading Web3 gaming ecosystem, and WowWee, an award-winning global toy company with hits like Fingerlings and Robosapien, today announced a partnership to create toys and products around Planet Mojo’s IP, characters and lore . The toys will bring together the physical and virtual worlds by connecting real-world toys with Planet Mojo’s in-game Digital Collectibles (NFTs).
At its core, Planet Mojo is a nature versus technology story set on a mysterious planet with a deep history. The developing story is told games, cinematics and other media extensions featuring visually stunning clan “Champions” and the “Mojos,” whom they aim to protect. The Mojos are plant-based creatures that emerged to protect the planet after a mysterious object hits the planet and spreads a technological virus across the land and its creatures.
For more than twenty years, the Mystic Moose team and founder Mike Levine have been at the forefront of the physical-digital revolution, creating a variety of award-winning products for leading toy companies that combine physical and digital play. Mike and WowWee will build on the success they had with their previous video game – toy collaboration UNTAMED/Battle ARena, which won the prestigious KAPI Award at CES for Best Mixed Reality Toys of 2019.
