Looking closer, Otherside hits Otherdeeds’ lowest land cap yet (-0.95% to 323,161 ETH).

Ironically, this happened the same week. Otherside enjoyed the highest volume in a full three months (+102.5% to 265.95 ETH). This – while average land prices fell to a low 0.75 ETH (but at least APEcoin rose 15.66% for the first 7D increase in two months).

In contrast, the average price at HYTOPIA almost reached a whopping 3 ETH per plot last week, as the land capitalization continues to rise.

It’s an interesting comparison (see the Land Price Trend chart below), which warrants further comparative analysis of the two projects.

The Sandbox once again saw land sales triggering trading, but at the expense/supported by lower prices (average price -43.5% to 0.252 ETH). Higher sales (+455%) and volume (+214.3%) could not save the falling LAND limit (-0.77% to 116,118 ETH).
