The recently concluded second edition of Paris+ par Art Basel has set a new milestone for the ever-evolving art market in Paris, cementing the French capital’s role as an indispensable hub in the global art ecosystem. Clément Delépine, director of Paris+ par Art Basel, summarized the success of the event: “We were able to present art of the highest quality and the impact of the fair on the cultural life of the city is palpable.” He added that the next edition of the event would take place at its permanent venue – the iconic Grand Palais – from October 18 to 20, 2024.

Also present at the event was Galeries Émergentes, a section dedicated to emerging galleries. Supported by groupe Galeries Lafayette, a jury selected artist Mohamad Abdouni for a new work of art. In addition, the public program included exhibitions, outdoor installations and lectures, highlighting the fair’s commitment to accessibility and public engagement.
