Sipher announces long-awaited move to closed alpha phase

User Avatar

After more than 18 months of relentless development, many sleepless nights and constant toil, the anthropomorphic cyberpunk Web3 fighter, Sifer, has announced that it will enter closed alpha. This means select NFT owners who supported the game during its development will have a chance to jump in and test the environment.

Through this bare-bones version of the game, the Sipher team will collect and study core data statistics to prepare the world for the Open Alpha phase that will follow a little later. The news comes as part of the August development update the project published to keep the fanbase informed. Other highlights include a massive visual effects update, improved character animations, and details of an amazing array of new weapons.

Sipher wants to take the lead in Web3 Gaming

Sipher is one of a number of Web3 games, along with Illuvium, Ember Sword, and Treeverse, that aim to change the way we perceive this new, burgeoning genre. Utilizing fast-paced gameplay, sharp unreal engine 5 graphics and blockchain-based assets, it intends to prove to the masses that Web3 gaming has what it takes to conquer the market.

When it finally arrives in all its completed glory, Sipher will deliver a massive multiplayer and single player gaming experience, optimized for both mobile and desktop devices, and look set to change the face of Web3 gaming forever!
