Man, this feels good!

At the end of last year we had to compile news stories into lists because there was simply too much good news coming at once.

Unfortunately, the cadence was often sparse (it happened once every few months, at best).

Now we’re here, with ‘The Good News Catalogue’ for the second time in six days! Not bad. Not bad at all.

This is what’s going on:

1. Ethereum hit $3,000 for the first time in two years!

   Those stories we talked about yesterday – the one around a potential ETH ETF and the increased supply burn? They fall for it!

2. Bitcoin traders avoid taking large short positions

   (Short positions = bets that BTC will fall in price).

   A whole group of people much smarter than us are avoiding betting against Bitcoin? That’s a good sign for price increases!

3. MetaMask is approaching its highest number of monthly active users ever.

   The MetaMask wallet is the world’s most popular Ethereum wallet/the most people’s chosen gateway to Web3.

   More usage = more demand for ETH tokens = higher prices in the Ethereum ecosystem.
