A new official tournament is coming to Gods Unchained. This offers players at least 20,000 GODS Tokens in rewards, including chances to win just by playing! The tournament is already underway, but it’s not too late to join in and compete for a top spot and claim tickets for your share of the reward pools!
After recently releasing their official mobile apps, Gods Unchained is now ready to bring us a new tournament! Known as Mid March Madness (although it only started on March 24), this tournament sees players compete in Sealed mode, earning reward tickets and opportunities to earn a number of different prizes just by playing the game. to play!
The reward pool starts at 20,000 GODS tokens (currently valued at ~$7,000 USD), but can go up to as much as 100,000 tokens if at least 50,000 players participate during the tournament.
This reward pool is split into three sections. Thirty percent goes to a pool that is divided among everyone who plays. Each participation in Sealed mode will earn you one ticket for this pool. The second pool is profit based and includes 50% of the tokens. Every win here earns you a ticket. And finally, the top 20 players get to split the remaining 20% of the prize, with 15% of that (equal to 3.5% of the entire GODS token rewards pool) going to first place.
Additionally, anyone who enters Sealed Mode five times will receive a variant of the Glinn card, and those who enter ten or more times will receive a Zaskia variant.
And finally, 40 valuable cards, including 5 Thaeriels, 15 Blades of Whitesplain and 20 Martyrs of Whiteplain, are up for grabs. Twenty of these will go to the players with the most entries in Sealed mode during the tournament, 10 to those with the most wins, and the remaining 10 will be randomly distributed among all participants.

What is sealed mode?
Sealed Mode is a special game variant in trading card games. In Gods Unchained, players are given a random selection of cards and must build a deck of 30 from the cards they are dealt. They then choose one of three random gods and start fighting. A run in Sealed Mode ends when a player wins 7 matches, or loses 3, whichever comes first. Players can earn token rewards by winning four or more matches.
To enter Sealed mode, a payment of 10 GODS tokens is required. Sealed mode is not yet available on the mobile apps.
What is God’s Unchained?
Gods Unchained is a free to play collectible card game. Gods Unchained is built on the Ethereum blockchain and uses the Immutable X layer-2 solution for gas-free trading. Players retain full ownership of their cards. Players can earn digital ‘Core’ cards by playing the game. When a player has multiple, identical Core cards, he can merge them into one blockchain-based card. That card can then be traded on the markets.
Gods Unchained offers various playing and earning options. Players can earn cards by being active players, win packs while participating in the weekend tournaments, and can even receive GODS tokens for playing every day!
